Julianne Harmon

Dance Instructor

Julianne graduated from St. Xavier University in Chicago, IL with a B.A. in Psychology. She studied ballet in Chicago with Richard Ellis and Christine DuBoulay of the Royal Ballet of England, performed with the Illinois Ballet Company, and was accepted into a national touring company of West Side Story. She has attended teacher training seminars in the Vaganova (Russian) Method with Jurgen Schneirder, Janina Cunova, and Irina Kolpakova of American Ballet Theatre, and Max Ratevossian of the Kirov Academy. Julianne has also studied the teaching method of the School of the Paris Opera Ballet, and attended teachers’ workshops in Toronto, Canada with the National Ballet School, and most recently in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with the nationally acclaimed Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet.
